Medical Laboratory Technology Degree 1985
I was born November 10, 1963 in Crosby North Dakota.
(Scorpio Sun, Virgo Moon, Leo Rising).
I spent my formative years in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, attending City Park Collegiate. After two years at the University of Saskatchewan Drama Department, I moved to Los Angeles CA., for a six month ‘reality check’ then came back to Canada, went back to school, moving to Regina to complete my Medical Laboratory Technology degree. I then spent five years in Vancouver BC, employed by BC Children’s Hospital and enjoying creative work in the professional theatre community.
An avid reader and researcher into religious, paranormal and occult topics, my personal spontaneous OBE (Out of Body Experience) in 1990, spurred me on to begin my directing career in the theatre and to research many topics including healing with Reiki, the body’s chakra system, vibrational levels of consciousness, the channeled works of Kryon through Lee Carol and Pleiadian information through Barbara Marciniak. I enjoyed reading the Earth Chronicles Series; the Sumerian legends and our DNA link to extraterrestrials, as explained by Zecharia Sitchen.
A member of the Canadian Crop Circle research Network since 1997, I now live with my son in Saskatoon, SK. I have been a Lab. Tech. since 1984, active in professional theatre since 1988 and been speaking publicly about crop formations and consciousness since 1999. Amoung other locations within SK, I have been invited to speak in Tempe, AZ. at the Signs of Destiny conference, the Independent Crop Circle Research Association near Serpent Mound Ohio, and with US researcher Jeffrey Wilson at the old Menger Hotel in San Antonio TX.
Women are strong and confident.
So we need Bellyfit to use our brains, bodies and breath
to live the full expression of who we are today.
Our overall health as we age is a concern and must be maintained.
The practice of Bellyfit gracefully and gently balances our four bodies;
Mental, Emotional, Spiritual AND Physical.
Attending regular Bellyfit classes provides a mental boost,
a creative social outlet and
a moderate-challenging health benefit for all women’s bodies.
Forgive your self for any negative thoughts about your body you carry.
Come celebrate your female form and
reconnect to the root of who you are using breath and our unique exotic rhythms.
Now you’re Bellyfit : )
Simple.
