At the Base Lounge, we choose to celebrate life and we hope you will join us. Through the power of movement and sound, we all have the opportunity to embrace our life, with conscious awareness and gratitude.

Owned and operated by a team of music makers and movers, the Base Lounge is redefining what ‘exercise’ is, and is challenging the distinction between celebration and staying fit. We believe that getting fit and staying fit should be an integrated experience, a welcome part of your day - a celebration of life and the amazing world we live in.

Our superhero crew of instructors offer classes that will push your physical limits, challenge your perceptions, nourish your spirit, open your heart and rock your world. Yes your workout will be awesome and yes you will have fun. As Victoria’s only Studio with a DJ booth in the space and in-house DJs on staff, we are proud to offer wicked beats and fresh grooves for your movement experience. Music moves us.

As a multipurpose space, the Base Lounge also hosts evening music and dance events featuring some of the Victoria’s best electronic music Djs and producers. If you are looking for a nightclub experience, without the nightclub vibe, come check us out. Events start early and end early, no drugs or alcohol are permitted, and some events are even kid friendly. The beats are fresh, the air is clean, the refreshments are, well - refreshing, and the vibe is alive. Get your groove on and wake up in the morning feeling alive and clear.
