Sharpen your mind, strengthen your body, prevent injuries while healing and repairing old ones. Weather you’re a high-performance athlete, or a weekend warrior, this class can help take your game and well-being to new heights.

Matt Balchin has competed nationally and internationally on the volleyball court since the age of 16. He has been teaching yoga for 7 years now in Canada and throughout central America.
