To me, Yoga is all about keeping your body and mind in a clear and peaceful state, ready to accomplish the good works you do upon this earth!
While I emphasize correct alignment and intent focus, I like to keep my classes playful and create positive vibrations with a light spirit and great music. I often end classes with a guitar or banjo
