We have an event we’re very proud of coming together for you! And for us. With an absolutely top-tier array of west coast (ooh, and international) musicians, artists & performers – some 60+ of them – this weekend guarantees discovery of amazing new music, new friends, new west coast wisdom & awareness – all within the gorgeously green outstretched arms of our brilliant & important hosts – OUR Ecovillage.
Another first we’re exceptionally excited for, is that this is our first multistage, multiday, camping-based Earthdance Festival! There is an outdoor mainstage, an indoor dance hall, and programming also in OUR Ecovillage’s large yurt, large teepee, pondside & on Vision Hill! We have room for 100 people camping onsite, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Camping spots are exclusive to Festival Ticket holders (includes Fri & Sat night), and are not available for Saturday Daypass ticket holders. We have onsite room for 20+ family vehicles, camper vans & small RVs, again on a first-come-first-serve reservation basis. Please note that due to the venue’s single vehicular entrance, these camper vehicles must be first onsite (arriving Friday by noon) and last offsite (departing Sunday after 2pm). These vehicles have excellent placement onsite, in the trees just a few minutes from mainstage.
The outdoor Mainstage will run roughly noon-7pm on both Friday & Saturday, primarily featuring an array of live music & bands. Later in the evening we’ll kick up our indoor dance hall starring all the DJs & electronica maestros from our lineup! We’ve got a gorgeous indoor chill space in the evenings for those who aren’t feeling the big dance vibes, and some randomly scattered adventures you’ll likely stumble upon as you drift through the property. Finally, there’s an amazing kids zone being created with specific programming currently scheduled from 2-6pm on Friday & noon-6pm on Saturday. Our kids team has a lot of practice in this regard, and we’re excited to see what they put together!
On Saturday of course is the main event – when we connect worldwide to every Earthdance Festival out there, in our globally synchronized Prayer for Peace. We’ll be joined by some smart local people who will share some wisdoms with us before the Prayer, and afterwards we’ll join together in what I expect is the island’s largest annual linked dance event – the Earthdance Spiral Dance!
For those with us for the whole weekend, we’ll be having all our amazing meals together courtesy of OUR Ecovillage, who has put together an amazing mealplan for us for just $45 for Friday dinner, 3 meals Saturday, and a big Sunday brunch – packed full of high-octane organic & local foods.For those who purchase the Saturday Daypass, your dinner is included and we’re looking forward to having a monster shared meal this night! We are also welcoming a few food vendors to join us to supplement OUR Ecovillage’s food capacity, and to make sure we have available snacks between meals!
SO to recap – we have an amazing space – tons of awesome musical & performance contributors – some of the best food on the planet – AND if we sell out all our tickets, not only do we have all the better an adventure together – but we get to leave a chunk in the OUR Ecovillage coffers, which will be amazing. Earthdance, the Global Dance Festival for Peace has grown to become the world’s largest simultaneous music and dance event. Founded in 1996, with 22 cities and 18 countries participating, Earthdance has grown to over 300 locations in 60 countries participating in 2007, with locations ranging from the club-lands of New York to the rainforests of Brazil. Every year, in alignment with the International Day of Peace, over 200,000 people unite in dance with hundreds of thousands more joining online in support of global peace and humanitarian aims.
The defining moment of each Earthdance event is a synchronized link-up, (4pm Pacifc Standard Time) when every event around the world plays a specially produced song called “The Prayer for Peace” at exactly the same time. Earthdance has been described by the music industry as the “Dance Aid” for the new millennium. The aim of the event is to bring together global communities to create a synchronized global festival and dance event to help fund humanitarian causes and develop an environment of peace throughout the global community.

O.U.R. Ecovillage’s Vision is to joyfully share food and strive towards a nourishing diet of natural, whole foods, prepared for maximal enjoyment and appropriate nutrition, and inspired by traditional cooking wisdom. We serve home cooked meals lovingly prepared from scratch by our beautiful kitchen staff, featuring seasonal salads and vegetables hand picked from our gardens. O.U.R. Ecovillage is a GE free zone in that we don’t plant GE seeds or feed our animals GMO feed. We incorporate as much organic foods as we can in our diet. Our aim is to serve savory slow cooked meals featuring primarily a variety of plant based options, and at times some compassionately-raised animal food options. O.U.R. menus for Earthdance will include such favorites as daily home baked bread, Dal and rice with home made pickles, fresh salads, Vegetable barley and Beef barley soups, Vegetarian chili and Chili con carne, Brunch fritattas, hearty Oatmeal and Quinoa porridge, and much more…

Option 2: FESTIVAL WEEKEND PASS: ADULT + MEALPLAN | Price: $130.00
Same as above, along with gorgeous organic shared meals courtesy of OUR Ecovillage kitchen. If you’ve eaten here before, you know how excellent it is. The mealplan option includes dinner on Friday, 3 meals on Saturday, brunch on Sunday. For a bit more info on the mealplan contents, go here.

This is the full weekend event ticket for children (7-13yrs).
Includes camping Friday & Saturday night. Gates 11am Friday to 2pm Sunday.
Note: All your offspring 7-13 year olds get in on one child ticket.
Note: Children under 7 years are free at the festival & dine for free as well.
