Every once in a while, a world class fitness presenter graces our island for a quick visit. This is one of those visits and a one of kind opportunity to train with presenter Misty Tripoli - one of the world’s most in demand Mind/Body Movement Specialists!! This is her very first visit EVER to Victoria and you will not want to miss it!

We are canceling all of our regular Tuesday night programming at the Base Lounge to accommodate Misty’s very busy schedule en route to a Groove Method™ Teacher Training in Vancouver.

Both offerings are open to anyone and everyone. No previous experience required. Do not miss this opportunity if you are at all interested in the absolute cutting edge evolution of the Mind/Body/Spirit Fitness Industry!
